Refund & Cancellation Policy

1Institute SaaS Subscription Cancellations

Educational institutes subscribed to Ledgion SaaS plans can request plan modifications or cancellations at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused prorated subscription periods are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing during enterprise onboarding.

2Student Fee Payments & Gateways

Fees paid by students via payment links or QR codes generated through Ledgion are processed directly by the institute's active payment gateway account (Razorpay, SMEPay, or VyaparGateway). Because funds settle directly into the institute's bank account:

• Student fee refund requests must be directed to the respective Educational Institute.
• Ledgion does not hold or deduct student fee payments. Refunds, if approved by the institute, will be processed by the institute directly to the student's original payment method.

3Failed, Double, or Erroneous Transactions

In the event of duplicate debits or technical transaction failures where a student's account is debited but the payment is marked pending/failed:

• Payment gateways automatically reconcile failed transactions within 3 to 7 business days back to the customer's source account.
• Students can provide payment reference numbers (Razorpay Payment ID, SMEPay Order ID, or VyaparGateway Txn ID) to the institute admin or support team for immediate verification.
