1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Ledgion software-as-a-service platform ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you represent an educational institution, school, coaching institute, or college, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2Platform Description & Scope

Ledgion provides an all-in-one educational operating system enabling educational institutes to manage student enrollments, track attendance, structure batch fees, process online payments via integrated third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay, SMEPay, and VyaparGateway), and generate digital fee invoices and receipts.

3User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Institutes must provide accurate and verifiable credentials during registration and onboarding.
• Users (Admins, Teachers, and Students) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Institutes are solely responsible for all activity occurring under their account and for ensuring that student data entered complies with applicable local laws.

4Payment Processing & Gateway Integration

Ledgion integrates third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, SMEPay, VyaparGateway) to facilitate fee processing. When an institute configures their gateway credentials on Ledgion, transactions occur directly between the student, the payment gateway, and the institute's bank account. Ledgion is not a banking institution or payment intermediary, and does not hold or escrow student fee funds.

5Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Attempting to breach, test, or vulnerability-scan the platform infrastructure without authorization.
• Using Ledgion for fraudulent payment activities or unauthorized financial collection.
• Uploading malicious scripts, malware, or unlawful content.

6Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

All proprietary algorithms, source code, logos, trademarks, and interface designs associated with Ledgion remain the sole intellectual property of Nikunj Jagdish Chandra Raval. Institutes retain full ownership of their proprietary student data and academic records.

7Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledgion and its proprietor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of system downtime, gateway failures, or lost records. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
